Mechanicum Knight Moirax with Volkite Veuglaire and Gyges Siege Claw

Considered an unseemly and dishonourable steed by most Knight Households, the Moirax is an Armiger-class variant equipped with the most lethal weaponry available to such scout Knights. The unstable rad furnace ticking away at the Knight's heart suffers frequent leaks and overloads that turn its cockpit into a radioactive prison. Yet despite its dire reputation, the Moirax is undeniably effective in wars of eradication – able to fuel an array of powerful armaments, such as the searing volkite veuglaire which burns swathes of infantry to ashes, and the withering irad-cleanser that boils victims alive from within.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Knight Moirax, a radioactive Knight armed with a volkite veuglaire and a siege claw with in-built irad-cleanser. Based on the same chassis as its Armiger-class cousins, this war machine boasts distinctive segmented armour, with a fully-sealed carapace and cog-trimmed pauldrons. The Moirax can be built in a variety of articulated poses, and its arms offer glueless assembly, allowing you to adjust their positioning. The kit includes a choice of four faceplates – a grilled knightly helm, a cybernetic Mechanicum skull, and two standard Armiger faceplates.

This kit comprises 40 resin components and 44 plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 100mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.

This kit is compatible with a variety of alternate Knight Moirax weapons, which are available separately.
